Exchange within 14 days: One-time exchange with the total payment amount.

Refund within 14 days (Through Branches Only): Full refund is applicable only in cases of manufacturing defects.

Refund after 14 days (Through Branches Only): Workmanship cost will be deducted from the total amount, and the remaining value will be calculated based on the daily gold price.
For Diamond Jewellery:

Exchange after 14 days: 10% of the payment amount will be deducted.

Refund within 14 days (Through Branches Only): 10% of the payment amount will be deducted.

For Gold & Diamond Jewellery:
